“Shell and Tube” Heat Echangers

Suitable for heating of slightly viscous products such as crashed tomatoes, fruit and vegetable pulps and semi concentrates.
They are build of pipes mounted in tube plates in both ends. The so formed bundle is mounted inside a stainless steel body and is closed with covers at both sides. There are bafflers in the covers, which are changing the direction of the fluid and determine the number of the strokes.
A steam is fed into the space between the pipe bundle and the body.
“Tube inTube” Heat Exchangers

Consist of concentrically mounted pipes.
To increase the efficiency of the heat transfer a “tube in tube in tube” system is used, especially for more viscous products. Three pipes are concentrically mounted.
In the inner tube and in the space between the outside and the middle tubes a heating (or cooling) agent is fed. In the middle space - between the second and the third pipes the product is passing in a thin layer.
The tube heat exchangers are mounted on own legs or of frame.
They can be completed with steam and condensate valves and pipes etc. and with system for product temperature regulation as well.
Installations with Tube Heat Exchangers

- Installations for deae-ration and hot filling of juices nectars, puree including baby food. The capacity of installations from 1000 up to 5000 l/h
- Installations for fillings preparation.Capacity from 1000 up to 3000 l/h.
These installations are applied in the canning industry for preparation and heating of fillings for conservesand juices. The fillings can be clear ( acid or salt solutions) , sugar solutions, fruit or vegetable pulps.
All installations are completed with the necessary thermometers, system for temperature regulation and control panel.
