The evaporating installations include:
- one or more evaporating pans. They are double jacketed vessels with diameter 1300 mm and 650 l volume. The inside bottom can be stainless steel or copper.
- barometric or surface condenser
- vacuum pump
- pipes and fittings
- supporting frame
Evaporating installations double effect, with possibility to operate at simple effect
The installations at double effect are composed of tube preconcentrator with separator and jacketed heater.
Preconcentrator works at forced circulation. In the pans the product is finished and periodically discharched.

- Economy in fuel and cooling water
