The belt washing machine is used for washing of berry and forests fruits.
It consists mainly of:
conveying system
spray system
stainless steel catch tray for collecting the waste water
The conveying system is perforated polyethylene belt - “Pro-Link” type, for better draining of water. The housing is made of stainless steel.
The spraying system is built as a camera and is mounted to the back sides of the conveying system. It is made of stainless pipes with spraying nozzles mounted on it. The up side is closed with removable covers due to an easy inspection of the system. It is made in stainless steel.
The machine is manufactured with length up to 4000mm and width up to 1000mm, depending on customer’s order and required capacity.
