The cutting machine is used in lines for baked pealed pepper. The peppers are put between guiding plates, which are welded to stainless steel plate chains. At the end of the plate chains rotating disk knives are cutting the front part of the peppers. This causes a partial break down between the seeds and the pepper, which facilitates the following seed separation.
The machine is made completely in stainless steel.
The hour capacity may reach 1500 kg.
Machine for Grilled Pepper
The machine is designed for baking of green, red pepper and eggplant. It consists of independent modules, connected to each other. The number of modules depends on the required capacity. The heating is accomplished by open type heating resistors built in a heat resistant bricks. The pepper or the eggplant are strung up to spits, which are welded on a metal plate transporting belt. The belt is running trough the hot oven. The out side of the oven is isolated with mineral wadding and stainless steel cover.
Peeling Machine for Baked Pepper
Тhe peeling machine is part of lines for baked peeled pepper. After baking the pepper it goes to the drum peeling machine.
The peeling machine consists of: cylindrical drum covered with stainless steel grid. In the center of the drum a set of spraying nozzles is mounted. The baked peppers are peeled due to pouring over with a flush of water and friction of peppers on the drum’s grid. The peels are passing trough the grid and the peeled peppers are going out at the opposite end of the drum. It is made completely in stainless steel. The drive is motor-variator which allows changing the rotation speed of the drum.
