The extractors are provided with truncated-cone screens, holed according to the requested product. The rotor is cone-shaped, with axial adjustment providing better juice extraction.
The machine is provided with CIP device mounted inside of the extractor. Automatically or manualy operated cleaning is available depending on the requirements. operated. Cleaning is carried out with water and steam.
